This week the children chose to learn about animals that live in zoos.

Today they had fun making paper plate giraffes. They were really excited to take these home this afternoon!

Just a few things to note:

 - Today is the final day of the year that the children will bring home books to read. Next week we will be doing shared reading, no books will be going home.

- If you have any books at home, please send them back as we are starting to collect them and put them away for the end of the school year.

Last week the class had their lessons inside the Life Education caravan - they had so much fun!

   

  

The children had a disco in the caravan - they danced along to a song about having a balanced diet.

  

And they got to see Harold.

Welcome back for term 4!

Today we had a visit from ASB, the class really enjoyed this.

Baby photo competition - today you will have received a notice about sending along a baby photo of your child, it would be really great if these could be at school early next week. 

Athletics day tomorrow. We have been practicing our running for fitness this week, hopefully we will see you there!

This week the class have been writing instructions on how to make sock puppets. Today they had fun following their instructions and making them!
